Pearl Quest, LLC (“Pearl Quest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Debt Ops and Portfolio Explorer websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). We respect your privacy and are committed to handling information thoughtfully, transparently, and in proportion to how the Service is designed.

Debt Ops is a decision-support tool. It is designed to help users model and understand financial tradeoffs, not to access financial institutions or execute transactions on a user’s behalf.

We may collect information that you choose to provide, including:

• Email address (for pre-release access, updates, or support)
   
• Financial information you manually enter into the application, such as balances, interest rates, payments, expenses, income estimates, mileage logs, or categorization of personal versus business activity
   

Debt Ops does not require bank account numbers, credit card numbers, login credentials, or direct access to financial institutions.

We may collect limited technical information necessary to operate the Service, such as:

• Basic usage data (e.g., page views, feature usage)

• Approximate location derived from IP address
   

This information is used only to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

Debt Ops is intentionally designed to reduce risk by avoiding collection of bank credentials, account numbers, or direct transaction access.

Debt Ops is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Debt Ops and Portfolio Explorer are designed as decision-support and educational tools. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of information they enter and for any financial decisions they make based on outputs or insights provided by the Service.

Debt Ops and Portfolio Explorer do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
